We have heard of a ‘family doctor’ but ‘family realtor’? That’s indeed not very common but today I can confidently introduce Archana from 7th Lane Property Management Services as our family property manager. Looking back its been a journey indeed, starting from the days when I was very apprehensive on how to manage an apartment remotely in a different city to where I am now, where I just call her and she does the rest.
Real-estate as you all know, is a misty world and having to manage an apartment, in a remote city at that, can take a lot of time and effort. I am one of the few who can happily claim remote apartment management has been a breeze, thus far. In the able hands of Archana, be it finding a suitable tenant, handling the legal documents required, abiding by the apartment association rules, interaction with the tenant, none of it has been a problem. You may argue that all of this is the work-profile of a property manager. Sure but the acid test is when things deviate from the ‘script’ and I can honestly claim Archana stepped up when needed - she managed the situation entirely on her own, involved me where required and kept me updated regularly on all the events/transactions. Initially I used to think her prices were a tad-higher but now after engaging with her on a variety of assignments, I can confidently say the brand value buys you peace – you can rely on her to get the job done well and if for some reason, there’s a problem, you will be notified of that as well – there’s total transparency which is again hard to find. As I said earlier, my immediate family have all used her services and I can recommend her whole-heartedly for any of your real-estate assignments.

I met Archana 4 years ago. I think she is one of the GO TO person incase you require anything related to the real easte documentation, home interiors, managing the property, government document process, etc.
The recommendations she has made to us during governement formalities, builder coordination, has been precise and very well planned that has helped us to be stress free.
